Susan McKay

Susan McKay is a senior customer-focused business leader who builds and inspires teams to consistently exceed financial and business goals. She currently leads the Business Operations & Planning team for the Office of the CTO. Susan joined Dell Technologies in 2001 by way of EMC where she created the first services sales team aligned with the Telecom, Media & Entertainment sales division. After a successful assignment in the Services Strategy & M&A organization, she successfully led several Services Program Management and Business Operations teams.

Prior to joining Dell, Susan turned around a failing consulting business unit for Capgemini Telecom to profitability in 10 months. Prior to that assignment, Susan led a 95-person sales team at AT&T to rejuvenate its Georgia-based major accounts branch which generated $360M annually.

Susan is actively involved in Professional Mentoring programs, with a personal commitment to the development of female professionals and supporting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
